for the Purchase of Mentorship Programs and Courses
Calaton Academy
(hereinafter referred to as "the Academy")
This public offer (hereinafter referred to as "the Offer") is a proposal by the Academy to enter into an agreement for the provision of educational services (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") under the terms specified in this Offer.
General Provisions
The Offer is an open and unconditional proposal by the Academy, addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"), to enter into an Agreement for training.
By accepting this Offer, the Client confirms that they are familiar with its content, and understand and accept all the terms.
Subject of the Agreement
The Academy commits to providing the Client with educational services, which include courses, trainings, seminars, and other educational programs.
The Client commits to paying for the Academy's services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer.
Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
The Agreement is finalized by the Client's acceptance of this Offer by filling out the form on the Academy's website.
The acceptance of this Offer confirms that the Client is familiar with the terms of service provision, prices, and the payment procedure.

Cost of Services
The cost of educational services is indicated on the Academy's website and may change. In case of price changes, the Academy commits to informing the Client.
Payment is made in a cashless form to the Academy's account or by other means specified on the website.
Liability of the Parties
The Academy is not responsible for improper performance of obligations if it occurred due to circumstances beyond the Academy's control.
The Client is responsible for their violation of the terms of this Offer.
Final Provisions
This Offer is valid from the moment of its publication on the Academy's website.
The Academy reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior agreement with the Client.
All disputes arising in the course of the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations are impossible, the disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with applicable law.
Payment Terms for Mentorship Programs
Program Cost
The cost of the mentorship program is a specific amount (please inquire about the current cost of the mentorship program during the consultation). This amount is divided into equal parts according to the number of months the program lasts.
Automatic Billing
Payment for the mentorship program is automatically charged from the student's card, which is linked to the payment system connected to the Academy’s website. The charge is made at the beginning of each new month of study.
Withdrawal from the Program
If a student decides to discontinue their studies, they have the right to withdraw from the program no later than the beginning of the second month. In this case, the first payment for the first month will be refunded.
Refund Policy
In all other cases, a refund for the program is not possible.
Payment Terms for Courses
Course Payment
Payment for courses is made in one lump sum via the payment system connected to the Academy’s website.
Refund Policy
A refund is only possible within seven calendar days after the course payment. After this period, refunds are not provided.
Employment Obligations
Job Offers
The best graduates of the mentorship programs and courses may be offered positions at Calaton Systems if suitable vacancies are available.
Job Search Assistance
In the absence of open vacancies, graduates may be offered assistance in the form of job search consultations, resume preparation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job search strategy.
Recommendation Letters
Graduates who demonstrated dedication during their studies and worked diligently will receive recommendation letters from their mentor, increasing their chances of successful employment.
